The Twitter is a website that allows users to register and authenticate each time they access the same. Registered users can follow other users and write short passages of text (so nothing of articles) to a maximum of 140 characters.
And now ask, why Ray wants someone to know such a service?
Well Twitter is for people who like to be aware of everything at the moment, after all Twitter is the fastest service I know, faster than social networks, blogs etc that.

Twitter is certainly a service for anyone who wants to know all the time, only to have an idea I heard about the release of Slackware 12.2 through Twitter roughly five minutes after it was officially released, as the release of Wordpress 2.7 , I knew maybe 2 minutes after its launch.

So if you do not use Twitter do so because only win with this, can advertise their products / pages, your business, keep abreast of the latest news bombastic web etc etc..

    By steps:
    1. First, click "Register"
    2. Enter your username and make sure it is available.
    Create a password, enter your email and confirm the two words to go ahead
    3. Verify that there are already friends with accounts on Twitter. (Optional)
